SPREADER GEL TECH

SPREADER GEL is technical formulation of TRISILOXINE, POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL & GLYCERINE formulated in precise concentration and form transparent JELLY appearance .It helps you to make spreader formulation to enhance the overall effect of your formulation. So, it will exceptionally low surface tensions of their aqueous solutions, the ability to induce infiltration of spray formulations into foliage via Leaf stomata.

METHOD OF FORMULATION

For Water base formulation:

• 1 ML per 1 Liter of water, use SPREADER GEL 5 KG and 95 KG water. Stirrer for 20 min.
• 10 ML for 20 Liter of water, use SPREADER GEL 13 KG and 87 KG water. Stirrer for 20 min.
• 5 ML for 20 Liter of water, use SPREADER GEL 20 KG and 80 KG water. Stirrer for 30 min.

For Transparent Formulation

• 1 ML per 1 Liter of water, use SPREADER GEL 5 KG and 95 KG IPA/ACETONE/METHANOL/DMF. Stirrer for 20 min.
• 10 ML for 20 Liter of water, use SPREADER GEL 13 KG and 87 KG IPA/ACETONE/METHANOL/DMF. Stirrer for 20 min.
• 5 ML for 20 Liter of water, use SPREADER GEL 20 KG and 80 KG IPA/ACETONE/METHANOL/DMF. Stirrer for 30 min
